I have setup the Sender, Recipient, and Conditional filtering, and enabled
IMF. I'm not quite sure it's working correctly since a lot of spam is still
getting into inboxes. How can I check to see if the filters and IMF are
working?

Check:

Also see what your numbers are on the IMF monitor. You might be
catching nothing for that reason. And what is the handling, you may
have it on Do Nothing.

I just looked in the Event Log and it states IMF had an error while
loading.
The KB article said to reinstall IMF. Does that mean I have to reinstall
all
of SP2?
