Where is the "Connect to my Exchange mailbox using HTTP"?

I'm trying to set up my Outlook client to use RPC over HTTP. The steps are:

Create a profile
Add a new email account, click next
Click on Microsoft Exchange Server, click next
Type the FQDN of the Exchange server, clear the Use Cached Exchange Mode
checkbox
Type the User Name, click on more settings (click cancel when it tries to
resolve the name)
In the Microsoft Exchange Server dialog box, click the Connections tab

In this dialog box, I'm supposed to see a "Connect to my Exchange mailbox
using HTTP" option. It's not there.

What's going on?

--thx, Joseph

Needs to XP Pro with SP2 (or SP1 and a published hotfix)
Needs to be Outlook 2003.

This is the hotfix, if you have SP1:
"Outlook 2003 Performs Slowly or Stops Responding When Connected to Exchange
Server 2003 Through HTTP"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/331320

I'm running XP, SP2, with all the latest Office 2003 SP installed. It turned
out to be a registry entry that needed to be modified (EnableRPCtunnelingUI)
which needs to be set to a value of 1 instead of 2. I don't know why it was
set to 2 in the first place, but....
