Creating a mailbox simply modifies\adds attributes on the user account. So
the whenChanged attribute is what you'll need to look at. Unfortunately,
this attribute will change everytime a change is made to a user and it will
be different on different domain controllers.
Try repadmin /showmeta....it shows when certain attributes were changed.
Maybe that would help.
