I'm running an Exchange 5.5 server with OWA enabled. I have a Treo
Palm/Phone that I've pointed to the Exchange server for sending and receiving
emails. The problem is this:

I can receive internal and external emails on the Treo, but I can only send
emails to internal recipients. If I try to sent to extrernal recipients, it
fails every time. Any Suggestions?

You have to authenticate to the SMTP server to relay through it - in your
Treo mail client.
