Does Microsoft plan to offer Outlook Mobile Access support for Palm devices?
Or are companies forced to used only Windows CE devices with OMA?

Well, they aren't really forced to - nobody's holding a gun to their heads!
You can use the Palm Treo 650 with Activesync in E2003....
