I have run into an interesting issue, when setting the
msExchexpansionServerName attribute in AD. If I clear a previous value and
then look in ADUC the previous value displays, however if I look in ADSIEdit
the value is set to <not set>. The same occurs if I set a new server name,
ADSIEdit reports the correct name, but ADUC does not.

Do I have to set another attribute to get ADUC to display correctly?

Upon further research of our own, we found that there are 2 fields that need
to be set for DL Expansion servers, one is msExchExpansionServerName and the
other is HomeMTA. These are linked in ADUC, although we can not find any
documentation on these values being linked. So if the
msExchExpansionServerName is/was populated in ADUC the 2 attributes are
populated, if the msE.. is programmatically change the HomeMTA value will
remain as the previous value, and the list will default to that value, not
the msExch...
