I am wondering if how "possible" it is to write a SMTP event sink to
manipulate outbound (Internet) e-mails and to stamp them as coming from a
pre-defined SMTP host name (like SMTP masquerade name) based upon the
sender's e-mail domain. This little project would be for an Exchange ASP so
they could hide the hosting company information from Internet e-mail
recipients. I am not sure if this event sink could work on the Exchange
server or if it would need a Windows 2003 IIS SMTP relay box (can this run
event sink scripts?).

Your thoughts and time are appreciated!
Rob
