Cannot receive external email |
|
|
I have a problem, I am running a Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise Edition Sp1
on a Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition with all service packs and patches.
I can send and receive internal email, and also send email externally. But no
inbound email is being received.
Any ideas?

The mx record externally correctly routes to the firewall and from there
internally routes to the Exchange Server.
If you telnet to port 25 from the outside the Exchange Server responds
ready!
The problem seems to be internal routing once inside?
