Hello

I'm running Windows Server 2003SP1 Active Directory, Exchange Server 2003SP1

All Clients Workstation using Outlook 2003 SP2

1st, I need to change default view of Outlook 2003 Address list, there in
list Name, Business Phone, Office, Title, Company, Alias, E-mail Type....,
Default fields.

I want to change it, its possible? I need to there only this fields

Name, Business Phone, Mobile Phone, Home Phone, Title, Office, It's possible
to do that?

2nd, I need grant HR Department to change this information, HR must edit
users phones, Titles Office and other non system properties that will be
visible from Outlook Global Address Book

How can I do that?

May be some one already do that? or have tool for HR to edit user details
(non system)

Arman, did you get an answer for this?
If not:

1)
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/exchange/guides/E2k3AdminGuide/44db5755-8c30-4a07-bcdb-d2f7440ce275.mspx
might be what you're looking for. Let me know if not.

2) For this one, you'll need to grant that permission in Active Directory.
Typically, this can be done utilizing the Active Directory delegation wizard
in Active Directory Users and Computers MMC. As for administration, you
would want to deploy the ADUC MMC to the HR folks for updates.

Does that help?
