Hi,
Does anyone have a list of tools for exchange 2003 that they MUST have?
I have the best practice toool but that about it.

There is a comprehensive tools list at:

The BPA is the essential tool for making sure the environment is on an
even keel and the PTA is an equally good tool.
As for whether you need all of them then yes, download them and keep
checking back for new ones and updates. As for whether you use them
all the time then no, you wouldn't use them all unless you needed to
at a particular point in time.
