I am using an Outlook Web Access public calendar as a REAL public calendar. I
set permissons to allow "Default" user access to the calendar, so even if
the user clicks "New Appointment", it comes up and says "Permission Denied",
but I would really like to remove the button to simply remove any temptation
by end users to 'play around'.
