Hello,

We have Exchange 2003 Enterprise Server as the BE and Exchange 2003 Standard
as a FE (OWA). When users hit the "Logout" button in OWA they are prompted
for a username and password. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Take a look at

Turn off Integrated Windows authentication for the front-end server.
