OWA Broke Outlook |

I have a few users that have mutable email and user accounts. They access
account A with OWA and Account B with Outlook 2003.
Recently they are being prompted with a logon box when they access their
Outlook (Account B) mailbox. This login box looks similar to the OWA logon
box and if they check remember password in the OAW (Account A) logon box,
they are not prompted with a logon box when they access their Outlook
(Account B) mailbox.
Has anyone see this before? If so, how did you resolve it?
