Hi,
I have accidentally deleted my Junk E-mail folder in Outlook and have since
recreated it in the usual way within Outlook. However since I deleted the
original folder, emails that would normally be considered UCE when going
through the IMF, are simply ending up in my Inbox. My colleaugues who receive
exactly the same emails, get theres delivered directly to thier respective
Junk E-mail folders. This shows that the IMF is working, but for some reason
can no longer link in to my recreated Junk-Email folder. The naming and
permissions of the folder are exactly the same as my colleagues. We all use
the same Exchange server and same IMF on the same SMTP virtual server. How
can I resolve this please???

Hi,
I have been able to sort this out. What happened was within Office XP, I am
able to delete the Junk Email folder as it isn't a built in folder like say
the Inbox, Sent Items, ect. Therefore when I recreated it, the exchange store
didn't recognise it properly. I removed it again in Office XP, and then
logged in using Outlook 2003. Outlook 2003 recognised that my mailbox didn't
have a Junk Email folder and therefore recreated it. This somhow is
recognised by the IMF as a proper folder, rather than the one I created in
XP. The IMF is now push UCE into my Junk email folder as before. Anyone at
Microsoft reading this should learn from it...
