My environment;
Exchange 2003 with SP2
On windows 2003

Client are XP with SP2 access email via OWA.

I have clients that will work fine through the day than out of the blue they
get "loading..." on the right hand side of the page.
There is no patterned as to "when", "where", or "how", this just happens.
Any clues?
I've checked Tech net and tried the SSL and forms sign-on with no success.
This use to happen about ones a week prior to SP2 being applied, now it
seems to be more sensitive and is happening about every other day.

Have you checked the Event Viewer on your IIS server to see if there is
anything useful there? Have you used PerfMon to see if the server is
running o.k.?

If they "refresh" their view does it start working? What if they restart
IE? What if they go to Tools | Internet Options in IE and empty their
Temporary Internet Files cache, then restart IE?

These ain't them...

You should check your TechNet subscription info -- I think those newsgroups
are elsewhere. These are the public groups which means most of those doing
the answering (like me for example) are volunteers who get to questions as
we can.

What are the specs of the server? How many simultaneous users? Have you
run PerfMon on the server (especially when it's doing this) to see if your
CPU, Memory, disk system, network...are especially loaded?

That's what's so baffling, all the things that you have mentioned on the
client side has been done with no acceptable results.
There is nothing in Event Viewer that coincides with these clients having
problems.
The only thing that seems to work is rebooting the Exchange server, and
since IIS is also on that same server it's hard to determnine which server
apps is actually causing the problem.
I have stopped IIS services and restarted on ocassions in hopes of fixing
the problem, but nothing seems to work but a full reboot.

WOW.
Than where are those Groups, because going to the T-Net Plus site, doing the
Alias thing, and clicking on Managed Groups I whined up here.
What do you reckon I'm doing wrong?

Well regardless I'm here now... still have the same problem, as common as
this "loading" problem evidently is the fixes seem to be so "Shotgunnie"
meaning, depending on what combination of server versions and architecture in
conjunction with client versions and configuration.

having Exchange 2003 on 2000 with IIS6 in front-end/ back-end scenerio
Exchange 2000 on 2000 standalone ,
"What ever configuration" with SSL, witout SSL
With IIS5 or higher
with IE 5 higher or lower
Yada Yada Yada.....

you'd get to it through the TechNet site, but...

Hum, do you don't think this is a ploy from Microsoft to confuse us
simpletons in spending money on things that are of Public Domain?
Regardless I do appreciate your help

Negative on Perfmond not yet.
Let me ask a Q related to front-end/back-end servers. I have ISA 2004 a
front-end server back-end server all physically separate.
For ease of configuration is it O.K. for a front end server to sit on the
same box as the ISA server?
Is there any draw backs?
What I have described is in the testing stages, this is not the messaging
configuration I have now.

One More thing that has been bothing me I have NOT applied WIN2003 SP1 to
the server running Exchange 2003 has there been any problem that you are
aware of with SP1 and Exchange 2003 coexsisting?

P.S.
Happy Thanksgiving
