Good morning. Here at the library our only method of email is OWA.
However, when clicking on an email link from a webpage it obviously tries to
open an email program (ie. Eudora, Outlook, etc.) Is there any way to make
OWA your default Email so that when you are logged into OWA it will go to
create a new message from the email address in the link?

Thanks.

Thanks. That sounds like it will do the trick. However when I click on a
mailto link after doing this I get this error:

Could not perform this action because the default mail client is not
properly installed.

Did you try the steps/links farther down that page that discuss mailto links
in web pages? If yes, which one so I can give it a try.

right because the sample on the top of the page doesn't handle mailto links
in web pages. the sample at the top just does it half way. this is why i
asked which "mailto" registry update did you try on the reference page I
gave.

Actually, now even though I have OWA selected in the Internet Options drop
down, Outlook Express opens instead of OWA.
