failover time seem long when i disconnect the public NIC |

got a two node a/p cluster setup, been testing the failovers (e.g move group,
initiating test failure on each resource, disconnecting the fibre connection,
powering off the node) and everything seems apart from the when i physically
pull out the network cable on the public network. it seems to take about 10
minutes before it actually start failover to the standby node. is this
behaviour normal?

Sounds like your network is not setup optimally. Please see this
