Probagating mailbox/inbox folder permissions |
|
|
Is there a way to set permission to the mailbox folder and automatically
propagate this setting. I have a user with a mail box with over 150 folders
insid it. to set permission to every folder would be a verry long process. I
sure you understand.
Removing permission and propagate these settings to all sub-folders would be
good to.
If anyone have a method/tool to make this happen, I would be very greatfull.
We using outlook 2003 and exchange 2003.
Thank you in advance.

That level of granularity requires 3rd party support. www.symprex.com
have just such a solution. |

In addition to Mark's reply, you could always grant full mailbox access to
whomever you wish - it will, however, provide access to everything, not just
the inbox/mail folders.
