Creating Distribution list within Exchange for External Customers can that be
done?
Example, our Customers, Clients, and DesignTeam. Being able to access them
through Global Address Book

Creating contacts is what you want to do. Then Customers, clients, deisgn
team contacts add to the distribution group to show up in GAL seperatley and
as group.

I am also battling in this regard.
InfoTech where do i go to add these "external" contacts to a GAL. (sorry i
didnt quiet follow your explanation)
