Hi, Paul,

As you know, we run your tool on our customer’s test/production environments
to determine the health of and diagnose problems in the Exchange/AD
configuration.

I am reporting a recent success we had with a very important customer.

Our software was not functioning correctly (when it had been) since they had
made numerous changes to their test configuration before trying to make the
same changes to production.

The ExBPA tool identified some serious errors some of which were repaired
using the recommendations provided and some to be repaired soon by the
customer. The information returned from the tool helped us close the incident
more quickly.

Further, our customer stated "the information that came out of the ExBPA
tool was certainly useful" and they would be using it to clean up remaining
issues it had identified.

So tell your team: Keep up the good work!

And thanks for helping us assist our customer with your useful and
easy-to-use tool!

Tammy

Wow, have not heard about this one! Where do we get it?

We will definitely test it and provide feedback.

Thanks for kind words, Tammy. While we are on the subject, we are
particularly interested to hear from anyone who has tried out our new
performance troubleshooter tool (ExPTA) and had success with it. We really
appreciate feedback (positive or negative, of course, but positive feedback
is more fun!).
