We are currently going through migration from Exchage 5.5 to Exchange 2003...
after migrating many of the users, a couple of them are experiencing problems
accessing the Public Folders. The first user is no longer able to SEE any of
the public folders... the second user is able to see them, but not able to
open them, receiving the following message:
"Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. The contents of this public folder are currently
unavailable. Either the Microsoft Exchange Server computer servicing this
public folder is down or the public folder has not been replicated to this
site. See your administrator."

The Exchange 5.5 server is still up and running as we are still migrating
the last of the users...

The Client Permissions are all in tact, they have not changed.
**Both user 1 and user 2 have the same permissions/part of the same
Distribution Lists as others in their departments who are having no
difficulties accessing the Public Folders. I ran through the ADC Tools,
there were no issues to resolve.
