Exchang Server is not operational |

hi
I just moved the Exchange Server 2003 from the domain server(server 2003)
to a member server(server 2003). I can start the Exchange Server.
it's working good.
but after few minnutes. it says that
The server is not operational.
Facility: Win32
ID No: 8007203a
Exchange System Manager
I have to reboot the computer to get it work for only few minutes. then the
error came out
it had no problem when installed on the domain server before.
on the member server,
I have configured the internal DNS to be the inernal DNS server address
according to microsoft support web site
I also check the event log, it says that "LDAP binding was unsuccessful..."
I don't know what's wrong ...
PLEASE help......!!
