Exchange 2003, SP1.
Whenever we try to send mail to a particular client in Australia, we
immediatly get a undeliverable notice:
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recepient's email server.
Please contact your system administrator. <our domain #5.5.0 smtp;553 sorry,
mail from your location [exchange ip] is administratively denied (#5.7.1)>
The message seems to indicate our ip address may be blocked? The response is
immediate as though it may be blocked on our system.
Anybody know how to troubleshoot this? Your help is appreciated.
