ModifyItems tools needs System Folder access. |

While using the ModifyItems tool this week to "touch" the items in one of our
public folder servers to force replication to our other server we found that
it cannot do System Folders.
It would be great if it had system folder access like its cousin PFDavAdmin
does. One of our problems was that our users' Free/Busy information was
unavailable. It remained unavailable until a user edited their calender in
some way. If ModifyItems could work on the SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY folder then we
would not have to tell all 16k users to modify their calendar to re-enable
free/busy information.
