Hi,

I'm having a problem with the information store occassionally crashing with
error :-

Faulting application store.exe, version 6.5.7638.2, stamp 434353c1, faulting
module msvcrt.dll, version 7.0.3790.1830, stamp 4243785e, debug? 0, fault
address 0x00038173

Exchange 2003 SP2 is running on SBS2003 SP1 server.

Anyone have any ideas?

Here this is a Severe case of your Exchange Server being compromised /hacked
by a resource . Does the Information store crashes when you add an attachment
in OWA.Also do u have any errors in the Application log related to Event id :
9673 Source :MsexchangeIS . If yes then your server is affected by a rootkit
, which is a malware program and causes the IS to crash. This can be removed
using anti-spyware or malware programs .
