Exchange Standard versus Enterprise |
|
|
Hi,
I have logged a call with Microsoft but are looking for a quicker response
if someone can help.
I have an existsing 2003 domain that hosts Exchange 2003 Standard in a
given site location.
At a remote site that hosts a domain controller on the same domain there is
a requirement to implement a 2nd Exchange server at the site location.
Will Exchange Standard server meet this requirement or should Enterprise
edition be used?
Thank you for your help.

Thanks,
Darren

Standard will be fine. You have no need to put Enterpise in that
location unless you think you're going to need more than 75GB of email
in that 2nd site. |

Mark,
You are a legend.
I was starting to become concerned as the customer had purchased two
additional licenses for two remote sites.
Thanks again mate,
I hope you have a great Xmas.
