i am attempting to run the Baseline on Exchange and getting know results. I
thought it would use default 'best-practice' values automatically. But now
that it is not generating any reports. I am assuming I need to specify these
'source values'?
And if so, where do I get best-practice values for these? Importable?

Any best practice values would be checked by a normal ExBPA Health Check.
The point of a baseline run would be to identify servers that have
deviations from any desired customer-specific values for a given set of
properties. So if you are looking to compare against best practices, use
the Health Check instead.
