SA not starting |

HELP!!
please help my SA wont start in event viewer this is what I get when I try
and start, and a reboot hasnt done anything either
1. Microsoft Exchange System Attendant is starting. Microsoft Exchange
Server System Attendant, service startup complete, version 6.5 (build
7638.1).
2. Microsoft Exchange System Attendant is initializing 'DSACCESS.DLL'.
3. Process MAD.EXE (PID=188). DSAccess initialized successfully.
4. Microsoft Exchange System Attendant is loading 'DSPROXY.DLL'.
5. The DsProxy dll is required but cannot be loaded, error 'c007007e'.
6. Unexpected error The specified module could not be found. Facility: Win32
ID no: c007007e Microsoft Exchange System Attendant occurred
7. Microsoft Exchange System Attendant failed to start.
8. Process MAD.EXE (PID=188). DSAccess is shutting down.
PLEASE HELP :)

What version of Exchange? Have you applied the latest Service Packs? Have
you run NETDIAG? What are the event id's being fired?

Hi Mister
Please check out this Kb article :
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;274447 as this
article could possibly help in resolving the problem
This may occur due to :abv_dg.dll file corrupted and it has to be replaced
from the CD possibly
