While reading up on SP2, I came across several times the changed needed in
firewalls to have the timeout set to 15 to 20 minutes so that the DirectPush
can be supported without draining the battery life due to reconnections over
and over.

Can anyone comment on their experiences with this? Our firewall manager is
weary of making this change due to the fear of getting a DOS attack if the
timeout is set so high.

Can this be a exchange connection setting or does it have to be global? How
would I respond to him.

Thanks for your help!
