HOW TO RECOVER EXCH2003 DEAD AND DESTROYED SERVER? |

Hello ,
I have an exchange server 2003 dead and destroyed completly , with no
hardware replace possible,.
I need to restore it on new server with different hardware configuration.
I have .. backup of system state , exchange 2003 database, iis 6.0 metabase
What the best step to make do?
tnx and excuse me for my bad english, i hop we understand all.
