Normally, the errro "Unable to find an available URI for user ..." is
reported for two reasons. Either the virtual server is
not running or the SMTP domain of the virtual server does not match with
user's smtp domains. I would recommend you to check the http virtual servers
on your exchange server for these two things.

The user that's running the tool doesn't have permission to access the
AD (or to look at the Configuration container). Make sure they're at
least a "View-Ony Administrator" in the Exchange organization.

Hi Jessie,

what do you mean with the "SMTP domain of the virtual server"?

In ESM, drill down to Protocols\HTTP, right click on "HTTP", select menu
"New->HTTP Virtual Server", it will pop up a window. Look for "Exchange
Path" group box, the first option is "Mailboxes for SMTP domain", and the
domain is listed in a disabled text box underneath with "Modify" option.
This is the "SMTP domain" I'm talking about. It has the corresponding
property "msExchDefaultDomain" in AD.

Ohh......yes: well, my EVS was flagged to Public Folder; now, I've changed it
to Mailboxes for SMTP domain.

Maybe, have I to restart the HTTP to take effect?

At the moment, EPA doesn't work yet.......

Try restart. If EPA still does not work, let me know what kind of errors you
see in the log. Also try manually logon to one of your users mailbox through
OWA with your EVS to see if they are working.
