Remove Exchange 2003

How do I uninstall exchange 2003?

I just installed a brand new exchange 2003 in an Administrative group which
has Exchange 2000. Now I want to reinstall Exchange 2003 in a different
drive.

When I try to uninstall it from the control panel it tells no such object
exists with error code of 800702...

Run the setup from the CD and then select uninstall (or is it remove?
I forget)
See what that comes back with.

Yes, I have tried both Add/Remove and Setup from CD - same result no dice.
It tells me exactly this:

Setup encountered an error while checking prerequisites for the component
"Microsoft Exchange":0X80072030 (8240): There is no such object on the server.

Help Please!
