Is there anyone else that is unable with regularity to send e-mail to hotmail
e-mail addresses.

It appears that it times out and I receive no response back that it has been
rejected.

This began in November and I'm sending the e-mail from a corporate domain.

Does your public IP have a reverse-lookup in DNS? Are you on a dynamic
public IP?

I don't believe that I am using reverse DNS...What is the best course to
setting this up. We have our own set of IP addresses from SBC.

Ask SBC to set it up for you. You can check to see whether your public IP
(used for mail) has one at www.dnsreport.com
