I have a Exchange 2003 server running on Windows 2000 Domain Controller, The
users in Exchange Admin can log onto Outlook Web Access but the users can't.
Any advice on how to resolve this issue?

Thanks

What is the error message you are getting when user fails to login, do they
get login prompts three times in a row and then it gives you an error access
denied.

Go to domain contoller policy settings and make sure you have assigned the
rights to authenticated user to have "Logon locally" and logon from the
network rights on the machine.

Hi,

I have the same problem, but with 2003 DC.
I tryed your help "Authenticated Users" in "Allow to logon locally" but no
changes...
I have Exchange Server 2003 SP2 in Cluster, so, no Form logins can be applied.
The error message i get is: "Access is denied."

Any help on this would be grateful.

Thanks,
Ricardo Fernandes
