Create a Contact for your hotmail address and forward to the Contact from
user properties | Exchange General tab | Delivery Options | Forwarding
Address.

Make sure to go back to your hotmail contact once you have set the forwarding
and select hide from address list or else the hotmail contact will show in
the GAL. Unless you want that.

Make sure you even allow auto-forwarding in your Global Settings/IMF/Default
settings. It is better not to have this enabled for the Default domains and
instead add a domain for your hotmail.com account. This way, only that
domain may be forwarded to (unless your company doesn't care about their
mail going out everywhere). |

Better to forward to external users via the forwarding dialog box in
the ADUC. That way, you can still forward while at the same time
preventing Outlook users from creating rules to forward which will
help prevent mail loops. |
