Hello,

I am trying to setup a Help Desk type of email configuration where multiple
users can check / have distributed emails to that account. Then when they
reply the email comes from Help Desk.

What is the best setup for this? Distribution Group? Help Desk user
account with Delegates? Send As Security feature?

Anybody have a good solution?

you might want to configure one generic mailbox and give permissions to it
to the appropriate personnel...
