[OWA] Two OWA sites on one ISA |

We have following situation . . . . .
There is Exchange 2003 installed with front-end and back-end server.
Fron-end server is installed and published on our ISA 2000 Server. Special
OTP (one time password) authentication system is installed on this front-end
exchange server.
Everything works fine.
We want to implement new authorisation system from independent vendor.
Because we can not exchange all tokens in a eyeblick, we would like to have
both of those systems running in parallel.
We have installed separate front-end server for this purpose and it works
OK.
But, now we have to publish this second server on our ISA2000 and I can not
find good tutorial page or step-by-step instruction for this kind of
situation.
I would like to publish this new server on ISA with different virtual
directory name eg. newexchange or something
Is this possible and can someone give me a hint or some link for this kind
of situation.
