Messages stuck in the Queue |

Hi,
For some unexplained reason, messages are getting stuck in the queue...
If I restart all Exchange services, it seems to go trough, but no way
else...
Has anyone any advice !!!

Only on internal queue between 2 Exchange 2003 SP2 servers ( 2 Back-end
Servers )...
So wondering what is going on...

Finished calling MS support ( Since client has premier support )...
It ended up to be not really Exchange's fault, but rather a misconfigured
file level Anti-virus ( Symantec ) with the Email protection options that
was blocking the SMTP queue...
Reconfiguring it solved the problem..
