AUTD util and Active Sync problems

Exch 2003 sp1 (scared to load sp2). All the sudden active sync stopped
sending real time messages, we installed the AUTD troubleshooting web page
tool however when we type in the information and run it, we get a 403
forbidden error. We are logging in with a account that has full access to
every mailbox. Any suggestions??

Try granting read permissions to the entire folder (and all child
items) that the AUTD Tool web app lives in, for everyone (just to see
if it fixes it, you don't really need to grant to everyone if this
works). Do an IISreset after changing the permissions.
