On a Exchange 2003 server; when users pickup their mail with a Treo or a
Balckberry using POP the email's show up as opened in Outlook on the full
client. Is there a way to correct this

i don't really think there's anything to "correct"...if it's been read on a
treo, i believe it will, by design, appear as opened in Outlook...
