We run Exchange 2000 & Outlook 2002. I have a business area who has a public
folder with a subfolder their customers mail to. Customers can use 1 of 2
email addresses associated with this folder to contact this group. Last Thurs
at 9:20am, one of those addresses was missing. The owners of the folder can't
get to that screen to make any email address changes which would lead me to
believe it was an Exchange Administrator. I've asked all of the
administrators & no one made the change. Does anyone have any ideas if there
is any other possible way this might've happened. Right now, all the
administrators are suspect by the business area and I've been tasked with
finding an explanation.

There may be another way but it does look like it would have been done
through the Exchange System Manager thus pointing to one of your admins.
