Auto Accept Agent Issue |
|
|
Greetings,
I'm having difficulties getting the Auto Accept Agent for Exchange 2003 to
work properly. I followed the "Auto Accept Agent Deployment and
Administration Guide" to the letter. Here's the behavior I'm seeing...
After installation, I register a test conference room and I get the
following output.
Registering testconfroom@myorg.com with Auto Accept Agent.
New Event Binding created:
Event: OnSave
Sink: AutoAccept.EventSink
FullBindingUrl:
file://./backofficestorage/myorg.com/mbx/testconfroom/Inbox/OnSaveForAutoAcceptAgent
It adds the eventsink to the conference room mailbox. However when I test
the room, I never get a reply. In addition, the listmailboxes.vbs doesn't
return any output and the mailbox status returns the following...
<MailboxStatus>
<Summary>
<CurrentTime>6/22/2005 11:00:10 AM</CurrentTime>
<MailboxCount>1</MailboxCount>
</Summary>
<Mailbox EmailAddress="testconfroom@myorg.com">
<Server>MAIL</Server>
<RegistrationStatus>2</RegistrationStatus>
<RegistrationTime></RegistrationTime>
</Mailbox>
</MailboxStatus>
I'm getting this behavior in my test network and production environment. Any
ideas?
Thanks!

the mailbox status output looks correct (it matches my resources that use
the agent successfully). Do you still have it set up as a resource the old
way? Does anything show up on its calendar when you send a request? |

Steve,
Thanks for the reply. The appointment request does show up in the inbox of
the conference room, but it's never processed.
By pure chance, the problem has been solved. I created another test account
and placed it in a different storage group. It worked fine. I then moved my
first test account out of it's storage group. It began working. When I move
it back, it stops processing. I'm assuming I have a problem with the storage
group. Anyway thanks for the time.

Bump.
I'm having the same problem, and alas I have no other storage groups I can create (I'm limited by Exchange Standard). Any ideas? |
