I am using an Exchange 2003 server. When users try to reply to an email it sometimes happens that this mail bounces, stating that the recipient does not exist. It does not matter whether the email comes van a local recipient or from outside. If the answer is sent in a new mail there is no problem (i.e. most of the times)
In the eventviewer there is a regularly event 9330, followed by a 9334.
We have tried the solutions as far as we can find them, but uptill now without results. As we are speaking of a rather small bussiness with only one server which is file-, print- and mailserver (very common as money is an issue) reinstallation is not the first option (nor is it the second or the third).
Perhaps there is someone who recognizes this problem and has a solution.
