I have an exchange5.5 server with Outlook 2000 and 2003 clients. Before we
had something setup so that a confidentiality message was on every message
that we sent outbound, or it may have been both in and outbound. This now is
not working and I am not sure how to reconfigure this option. Any help on
where I would set this up would be greatly appreciated.

If this is Exchange 5.5, this is probably using IMSEXT.DLL. Do a Google
search for this and you should find a bunch of articles.
