Can not receive incoming mail

Using Exchange 2003 with web mail I can send to anyone but only receive
internal mail. what am I doing wrong?

Check your incoming smtp port on your firewall if it is blocked you will not
receive any incoming mail

Dana thanks for helping. I don't have a firewall set up on the server. what
else could be stopping it?

DNS. is there an MX record pointing to your mail server?

P.S. I strongly reccomend you get your mail server behind a firewall.
