Can I use ADMT to move DL? As far as a migration from 5.5 to 2003.

ADMT is a tool to migrate users and groups from one domain to another
Windows domain.

ADC is the tool used to take the Exchange 5.5 objects and populate them in
Active Directory.

You need to use the ADC to load DLs and Users into Active Directory.
