The Directory Access tab under First Administrative Group -> Servers ->
properties of Backend and Frontend servers are grayed out

How do I gain control of this to add or remove

The default is to show All Domain Controllers, with this Automatically
discover servers is grayed out. Change the show to anything else and you can
control them.
