Hi...

I was wondering whether the MSDTC resource should have an IP resource
independent of the cluster group IP resource.

Another question regarding logs. Is it good practise to have logs on a
separate disk resource or simply have it included together with the data
files.

Exchange only uses MSDTC for the install of Exchange or an Exchange service
pack install. So, yes you can reuse :)

Definitely separate the logs from the data. That is a best practice.
