Its how to do a rolling upgrade to Exchange 2003. Great article with
pictures :)

By the way I got this from Google, I used - site:microsoft.com exchange
rolling cluster upgrade, to search the site.

I just noticed you said you have a FE. You will have to upgrade that machine
BEFORE you upgrade the backend. Read the deployment guide at
www.microsoft.com/exchange/library. (Thanks Russ for catching this, next
time don't be a wimp and add to my post or correct me).
