Auto Save Attachments at the server

I have a fax machine that will allow me to forward all incomming faxes to an
email address. The emails contain a TIFF attachment of the fax. I would
like to have exchange server automattically save the TIFF attachment to a
shared folder and delete the email message. This can not be done in outlook
since the mailbox user is setup for this purpose only and not for a user that
will login on a regular basis. Is there any way to do this, and how is it
    done?
